Week of the Young Child

The week of April 14 through 19, 2008 was the "Week of the Young Child" and our Preschool kids were busy with lots of special activities and learning opportunities.

During the "Week of the Young Child," there were lots of things to explore ... like musical instruments ...

and the sounds of glasses filled with different amounts of water ... and other neat stuff.

And there was a snake! Some kids took a closer look from a distance, some just took the snake.

Then there was a rooster that stood still for petting ... and a centipede that curled up in the teacher's hand.

Finally, there was pizza for everyone.
